Write and Optimize Article for SEO

The client wanted an informational article that helps the audience understand Amazon seller support and guides them through contacting Amazon seller support directly to get their account issues solved.

Approach

• I first researched the topic to understand the pain points of the audience. I checked Amazon seller support forums and groups to ensure I wrote an article that resonated with them and solved their problem.
• I conducted a content gap analysis to identify opportunities to cover the topic better. With this, I could successfully write content that fulfilled the user’s search intent.
• I wrote and optimized the article, naturally inserting the keywords the client provided.
• I also included internal links to support the audience with related and valuable information. I also included images that guide the audience to contact seller support from start to finish.
• I used content editing tools to proofread and edit content for correct grammar, punctuation, and digestible content. And seek review from the content manager for any corrections.
